Did you know that we offer Kids' Strength & Agility Classes throughout the Summer time?! The youth Conditioning program is designed to make improvements in three main areas: Speed, Strength & Agility. We believe that these are the foundation of all athletic performance. The hour long workout is led by experienced trainers who will push you every step of the way! This program benefits all sports: soccer, baseball, football, lacrosse, field hockey, track and field, hockey, figure skating, etc. Consistantly attending these sessions is guaranteed to make you a better athlete.
